Mount Hope Farm Wedding | Olivia and Ray

When two teachers get married, July is the perfect month for a wedding:) I say this because I was also a teacher when I got married and had a July wedding!

Olivia and Ray had a gorgeous July day with barely a cloud in the sky! A gorgeous day that started and ended on the Mount Hope Farm property!

After capturing a bit of the ladies getting ready, along with Olivia’s details, I headed just across the way to where Ray and his guys were getting ready…

Ray and Olivia picked out the SAME card for each other and they didn’t know it! Watching them each open their cards and realize it was adorable!

When I returned, Olivia’s sisters and mother were ready to help with Olivia’s dress and details…

Olivia and Ray chose to do a first look and they also chose it as their most memorable moment of their day…It really was a special moment between the two of them…These two are both such happy, loving and kind people and I could feel their happiness as I captured it from afar!

After a few moments with just the Olivia and Ray, the wedding party joined us for some photos.

Just before the ceremony, we moved down to the waterfront area at Mount Hope Farm – such a gorgeous spot and covered in shells!

The tent was set up and awaiting guests:)

The guests began to arrive…

Just a couple of evening light photos as the guests found their seats in the tent…

Then the reception was set to begin with some fun group intros:)!

We snuck away for a couple of minutes to capture a few sunset photos on the water at Mount Hope Farm

Olivia and Ray – thank you so much for having me! It was so nice to get to know the two of you over the last year and I absolutely loved meeting your family and friends! You are a great bunch of people! Congrats to you all!

Bride/Groom Questions

What was the most memorable moment of your day?

The first look – it was perfect private moment for the two of us to have together.

What was your favorite detail?

The band – they had everyone dancing all night long and sounded awesome!

Any advice for future brides/grooms?

Make your wedding about the two of you. Do what you want and what you envision, don’t worry about what everyone else says. It is the one day where you are allowed to be selfish.

Funniest memory from your wedding day?

Dan and AJ mixing up their pants while getting ready.

If you could do it all over, would you change anything?

Probably to sit back and enjoy more of the day, enjoy the food and do not feel obligated to be pulled in a million different directions.

Where did you go on your honeymoon?

Saint Lucia
