Lakeview Pavilion Wedding | Melissa & Bryan

Melissa and Bryan chose a winter wedding and hoped for a light dusting and that is exactly what they got – almost throughout the whole day! I couldn’t have been any more perfect! When I arrived at the hotel, the flurries began and I began with her details (while the girls wrapped up at a salon:)…

When I finished up, I headed over to Bryan’s room where he and ALL of his guys were busy getting ready.

Melissa had sent over a gift that included cuff links and a nice watch – big hit!

Back in Melissa’s room, she opened Bryan’s gift too! Her red nails were her pop of color and they looked great:)

Melissa and her Maid of Honor and her mom came in to help with the details:)

STUNNING, STUNNING, STUNNING – and those are her REAL lashes too:)!!

Melissa’s mom presented her with a special card, just before heading out to see Bryan for the first time.

A few quick bridal party photos before we headed out (and I mean quick – LOL – snow is so pretty but it was also SOOO cold! We were rapid firing with a plan!!)

We headed off to Lakeview Pavilion and when we arrived, I lined them up in the warm venue so that we could single file out, snap some photos really quickly and get back in:) It worked out fabulously:)

Inside we did our family formals where it was nice and warm:)

We headed out for just a couple more minutes alone with just Melissa and Bryan, now that we had arrived at Lakeview Pavilion🙂

I absolutely loved the winter shawl but we needed a few with the fabulous sleeves on Melissa’s dress too!

We looped back around the side of Lakeview Pavilion to get tucked away for the ceremony!

The room was set and ready for the ceremony and the guests were arriving…

During cocktail hour, Melissa’s friend sang and she was PHENOMENAL!

This cutie was serious for a lot of the day, but we did catch a few smiles and this one may have been the biggest:)

The room at Lakeview Pavilion was flipped and became the gorgeous spot for the rest of the reception!

Melissa and Bryan chose to have the girls enter as a group and then the guys enter separately as their own group…The guys chose to capture it themselves – so fun!

The best men, maid-of-honor and the the adorable ring bearer had their own separate entrance…

After all of the formalities and the delicious dinner, the partying began and it was a partying crowd!

Bride/Groom Questions

What was the most memorable moment of your day?

The Ceremony. It’s was an incredible experience to have over 200 of your closest friends and family, who are all genuinely happy and excited for you, all in one room. We had never before been in the presence of so much love and emotion. That moment in time is something we will treasure forever.

What was your favorite detail?

Does a light dusting of snow count? It’s what we hoped for and it could not have been any more perfect. It was our most beautiful and cheapest detail!!

Any advice for future brides/grooms?

Have the best time of your life, take it all in and try not to worry about things out of your control. You will be surrounded by people who will try their best to make sure things run smoothly. So have fun and enjoy it. If you are having a blast, your guests will have a blast. The memories you make on this day, are memories that will last a lifetime- make them good ones!!!

Funniest memory from your wedding day?

Tony O’Malley’s “Love Shack” performance and our Flower Girl, Giuliana, dominating the dance floor all night long.

If you could do it all over, would you change anything?

Honestly, no. Everything truly was perfect. Lakeview Pavilion does an incredible job. The food is amazing and their service is incredible and quick!! We had so much time to dance- which was very important to us. Mike’s Music played songs for all ages which kept the dance floor packed all night. And as you can tell, Heather Chick takes a great photo!! All of our vendors were exceptional and the day flowed perfectly.
