Gina & Jared | Wedding at the Nantasket Beach Resort

Gina and Jared are married!! Their day turned out to be one of the most beautiful weekend days in October this year – not to chilly or windy – just right:)! They chose the Nantasket Beach Resort and their entire day was spent there – from the getting ready – all the way down to the final dance!

When I arrived, it was high-tide and Gina was in the make-up chair! It was one of the warmest welcomes that I have ever received!

I had no idea that Gina was a sparkly girl until her sisters showed me where all of her details were gathered…I am in love with all of her sparkling details and beautifully blinged out dress! Her sisters even found her a coordinating champagne bottle in the same sparkle as her shoes! Before I headed over to the guys we had to get a robe shot:)!When I arrived to Jared’s room, it was packed and bustling with activity…
Back in the girls room, the beautiful flowers arrived – by Bloom Florals and Design, and it was time to get the dress on:) Gina’s mom and all of her sisters helped…A little iPhone photo to be sure they were tying the bow correctly:)!A few photos with the guys before the ceremony began…
Jared’s best man took great care of the sparkly ring box:)!Back inside, the ceremony was set up and the guests were taking their seats…After the ceremony we headed outside for some time with the bridal party…The tide had subsided but the storm earlier that week had left us no access to the beach…so we used the rocks instead:)! Everyone was adventurous getting onto them!Back inside the room was set and the guests were enjoying cocktail hour! Then it was time for the reception to begin! We snuck outside for some sunset photos and I am SO happy that we did! I was DYING to get down onto the beach and we found our way down there! It was a bit wet, but OH-SO-WORTH-IT!! Definitely some of my favorite photos of the day!
When we returned back inside, it was time to cut the cake, have the parent dances and party the night away:)DJ Mike  kicked off the party and FILLED the dance floor for the entire night – there wasn’t an inch of space left empty – it was packed! The Hora is always fantastic!!Jared and Gina with their siblings:)! I am SO excited that I get to work with Jared’s sister again next year! She is a bridesmaid in another wedding of mine – absolutely love that!!Jared’s best man may be the next one to be planning a wedding:)! His girlfriend caught the bouquet:)!!The final moments of the night spent together:)

CONGRATULATIONS Gina and Jared!! I am so happy for the two of you and so happy I was able to meet all of your family and friends. You all kept me smiling from the moment I walked in – so welcoming, happy and kind!! THANK YOU for having me:)!!

Bride/Groom Questions

What was the most memorable moment of your day?

The most memorable moment was probably when we first saw eachother walking down the aisle. It was very emotional and exciting! We both got the butterflies in our stomaches.

What was your favorite detail?

Our favorite part of our ceremony were the seven blessings our friends and family wrote for us, they were so personal and touching. As far as the reception, the flowers were gorgeous! And of course Gina loved all the sparkle and bling 🙂

Any advice for future brides/grooms?

Seriously slow down and take it all in, it goes by in the quickest instant! Also, take some time for just the two of you. For us, it was escaping down to the beach to take some sunset pictures during the reception, but it was a nice time to catch up with each other and laugh a little!

Funniest memory from your wedding day?

Funniest moment was probably seeing our friend Kristin put on a rubber unicorn mask on the dance floor, and then our family members (especially our parents) passing it around and trying it on! We also had so much fun dancing the Horah with all of our friends and family around us!

If you could do it all over, would you change anything?

Not a single thing, everything was perfect!

Where did you go on your honeymoon?

We went to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico! It was amazingly beautiful and the weather was perfect the entire time. Total relaxation, and of course plently of fun!
