Megan & Steve | Wedding at the Red Lion Inn, Cohasset, MA

As I look at this post, I am noticing that my posts keep getting bigger and bigger!! I am a photographer who believes that every part of the day is equally as important as the next and when I begin pulling pictures for the preview, I find it so hard to narrow it down while still showing ALL of the wonderful parts:)!!

With that being said, I would like to introduce you to the wedding of Megan and Steve! A super fun group that came to ready for a good time!!

Megan’s day began at a local salon getting her hair done.undefinedThis is Megan and her sister/maid-of-honor together.undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedMegan’s sister-in-law to-be came to the rescue when the hook came off the top of Megan’s dress! Megan was calm throughout it all – the “anti-bridezilla” as her friends and family were sayingundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedMeanwhile my second shooter, Sharon Reiley, was in another suite with the guys getting ready and taking some pre-formal pictures!undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefined

undefinedundefinedWhen they were all set outside, we grabbed a few minutes outdoors together too (before the ceremony)!undefinedundefined
undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedRemember that I said that they came for a good time? Well by the end of these photos of the whole group, I was almost losing my voice! It was a big group and getting everyone to listen (all at the same time:) was eventful (but all in good fun!)!!undefinedundefinedundefined

undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedSharon’s view:)!undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedI don’t usually include family formals but decided to share this one of the whole gang! Can you see where Steve gets his mustache! It runs in the family:)!undefinedSharon captured a few of Steve’s little sister while I was doing some family formals!undefinedundefinedundefinedSharon’s awesome view from the balcony area during the first dance!undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedThe 4.5 clan! A rowdy bunch to round up:)!undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedWhen the dancing Megan, Megan was ready to go! The dance floor was full for the whole night!undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefined

Megan & Steve – Congratulations to you both and to your families too!! Your full gallery will be ready next week:)!

lorraine & denis | Cape Cod Wedding Photographer

Lorraine and Denis are two absolutely fantastic people (and their Irish accents make them even MORE fantastic!)!  I spent a couple hours with the two of them at the Kelley Chapel in Yarmouthport, MA, where they eloped! It was my first time being part of such an intimate event and it will honestly be a day that I will not forget!

It all started with a couple of conversations between Lorraine and I as we worked out the details of their special day!  She made my heart jump when she told me that she wanted me to be a part of her day and would even work around my schedule to find a day that I had open…She made me giggle when she said that they were ready whenever I was ready:)! Let me tell you that I couldn’t have felt more special:)!! It is a photographers dream when a couple values photography as part of their day:)!  We discussed all of the details to be sure that we could make it the best day possible!

On the actual day, I finally met the two of them in person. I have not seen a couple more in love! The way that Denis looks at Lorraine is amazing. The way that the two of them laugh together is contagious. It was a special day for the two of them, and just as special for me as I was witness to this special moment. I will never forget it and I was honored to be a part of it!undefinedundefinedundefinedundefined

Jess & Jerry | Boston Engagement Photographer

Meet Jess and Jerry…They have an upcoming summer wedding that I can’t wait to photograph right on the water! This is actually Jerry’s second appearance on my blog, because he was a groomsmen in Samantha and Daniel’s wedding last year!

Seeing they are having a beach wedding, Jess and Jerry decided on a city engagement session! After peeking at a few past Boston engagement sessions on my blog, they decided on this spot….a great choice!

How did he propose | As told by Jerry | Jess was in the shower after a morning run while Jerry was preparing candles, chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, and flowers.  Jess finished getting ready and walked out to find a beautiful spread, a gorgeous ring, and a handsome man – almost too handsome.  And smart and funny.  She was very lucky.
